• Purchase Consulting and Training Credits from a VMware sales representative or through your local VMware authorized reseller or distributor
• Activate and manage your account online
• Redeem credits for Education Services by registering for your class online and selecting 'prepaid credits' as the payment option
• Redeem credits for Consulting Services by submitting the Engagement Request form
